Eagle River Mortgage is a full service Idaho mortgage broker with a background in non conforming refinance, purchase loans, VA loans, home equity credit lines, and loans for the self employed. Our original referral sources were primarily collection companies. This gave us the opportunity to work with people that needed to consolidate debt, clear up their credit issues then get the best mortgage rates that are available. This gave us a creative thought process and put us head and shoulders above the average company in finding the right way to get everyone into the loan that fits them. Blane and Angela Russell are a husband and wife team with 15 years combined experience working together in the mortgage business. Prior to that Angela's background was in Title insurance which gives her an added edge when working with a borrower that has issues with their title policy. Blane's background is in insurance. This background has helped us many times with problems with insurance binders. They have a new son, Dutch, who has been the star of many of their commercials. |
